Destination Unlimited offers trekking in Nepal, Mountaineering, adventure tours, Sightseeing, Bungee jumping, Rock Climbing, Home stay tour, Cultural tour, Rafting, Family trekking, Cultural trekking,Short treks,Long trek, Trekking and tours in India, Bhutan, Tibet, Sikkim, volunteering services, and much more adventures in Nepal.

The booking terms and conditions contain thorough information that you need to know, so we encourage you to read them very carefully before contracting with Destination Unlimited treks.

The following booking terms and conditions apply for all trips organized by us.

   1. Good health and physical fitness is required for all trips. So we would like to advise you to check your health condition before you book the trip.

   2. Travelers / trekkers must have Travel insurance which covers accidents, emergency evacuation in the case of you need to be rescued.

   3. When you confirm the trip, we need 30% advance of the total trip cost with a copy of your passport for reservation of the flight Ticket, Hotel Accommodation and trekking permit process. The rest of the payment you will make when you arrive in Nepal.

After receiving a copy of your passport and the 30% advance then we will send you the final confirmation email.

4. If you cancel your booking after you have paid or deposited for booking, the following percentage will be charged for cancellation:-

Cancellation & Refunds:

If you cancel your booking after you have paid or deposited for booking, the following percentage will be charged for cancellation.

1. If you cancel the trip 30 days before the trip departure date– 0% (Deposit non-refundable).
2. If you cancel the trip 16 - 30 Days before the trip departure- 50% charged of total amount.
3. If you cancel the trip 08 -15 Days before the trip departure – 70% charged of total amount.
4. If you cancel the trip 07 or less Days before the trip departure - 100% charged of total amount.

Note: But you may extend your trip without cancellation and charge till one year but we need to be informed through mail at least 2 weeks before the trip departure & you will have to pay the increased amount if the cost of the trip increased due to increment on the Local stuff used in the Trip

Trip cancels by the Company:
Refunds-100%. Its means full refunds.

Risk & Liability

In general Destination Unlimited Treks shall not be liable for any injury,sickness damage,Land slide, road blockage, flood,snow,Political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, loss or accident of whatever nature on any person or goods (including financial loss and consequential damages) incurring during, after, in connection with or as a consequence of customer’s booking, travel, trekking or stay organized through Destination Unlimited Treks, unless such is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Destination Unlimited Treks.

Destination Unlimited Treks acts as agent only for the operators included in the tours, Mountain Flight, Bungee Jumping, Rock Climbing, Car rentals, hotels, activities etc. Thus Destination Unlimited Treks is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss or accident inflicted on any person or thing (including financial damage) caused by negligence or with intent from any such operator.

Privacy policy

We ask for personal information in the booking request section. This information is necessary to ensure that we are able to make and confirm your booking. This information will not be used for any other purposes, and will not be shared with any other outside parties except for necessary information given to the parties involved in your booking(Trekking in Nepal, Hotels, Tours in Nepal etc.).
